How Long Will The Video Be?
We will create videos from 60 seconds to 2.5 minutes depending on your requirements. We strongly recommend shorter videos for higher social media engagement. If you’d like to advertise on Instagram your video can be no longer than 60 seconds.
What Do You Need From Me To Create A Video?
Once you purchase, we’ll send you an Order Submission Package within 24 hours and ask you for the following items:
- Pictures or Video Segments: You can either supply photographs with a minimum resolution of 2592 x 1936 pixels or HD video segments that are 12 seconds or longer. Most smart phone pictures and videos will work. We’ll need a minimum of 6 photos or segments. We will provide a link where you can upload these items.
- Logo: Please supply a logo for your business in the highest resolution format you have available.
- Listing Details: Address, price, listing agent, phone number, email, website.
- Property Details: At a minimum, we’ll need to know the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet, stories, garage spaces and year built. Also, please supply a short description.
How Long Will My Order Take?
- Video Package: Our typical turnaround time is 2-3 business days from the time we receive your completed Order Submission Package.
- Marketing Package: We can get campaigns up and running within 2 business days of receiving partner access to your page.
- Website Package: Our average completion time is around 2 weeks after receiving your completed Order Submission Package.
What Is Video Syndication And Why Should I Care?
Posting your video on Youtube or Facebook is important, but there are many more sites where people watch and share videos. As you post to more and more locations, you’ll get exponentially more viewers and more links back to your site. Links are an important signal to Google and other search engines about the quality and relevancy of your site and it’s worthiness to be shown in search results.
Chances are you’ve uploaded a video to Youtube, Vimeo or some other video sharing site at some point in the past. Now imagine how much time it would take you to find and upload your video to 80 different sites on your own! We take care of the tedious, time consuming details so you don’t have to.
Does The Marketing Package Include The Advertising Fees?
No. We set up and manage your campaigns. The amount you spend on advertising is entirely up to you. Ad spend can be as little as $5 per day and it can be turned off or on at will. For example, you may want to pause your ads and spend nothing during the week, then activate them on Friday in preparation for an open house.
Do You Need Access To My Facebook Profile?
No. If you order the Marketing Package we’ll send a partner access request to your Facebook page via our Facebook Business account that allows us to advertise on your behalf. Don’t have a Facebook page yet? We’ll set one up for you.
Do I Have To Advertise On Both Facebook & Instagram?
Although we recommend that you use both, the answer is no, you don’t have to. Many of our clients are not active on Instagram and choose to only use Facebook to minimize ad spend.
What Do You Need From Me To Create A Website?
Once you purchase, we’ll send you an Order Submission Package within 24 hours and ask you for the following items:
- Pictures: We will need photographs with a minimum resolution of 2592 x 1936 pixels. Most smart phone pictures will work. We’ll need a minimum of 12 photos, the more the better. These photos can overlap with the photos you submit for the video. We will provide a link where you can upload these items.
- Logo: Please supply a logo for your business in the highest resolution format you have available.
- Listing Details: All details of your listing from the MLS.
- Floor Plan (Optional But Recommended): A sketch of the floor plan for all floors with approximate dimensions. We will have this professionally re-drawn but not exactly to scale.
- Descriptive language for the listing and rooms you would like to have featured and described on the site. We will edit and refine the copy but it’s helpful to start with a baseline.
- Any documents you would like to embed (CC&Rs, easements, etc).
- Names and addresses of elementary, middle/junior high school and high schools that serve the property.
- Neighborhood shopping options (nearest grocery, fuel, Costco, etc
